Equipment Protection & Thermal is a provider of products focused on electronics and electronic equipment, and is a provider of electric heat management solutions. On September 28, 2012, Pentair, Inc. (Pentair) completed its merger (the Merger) with Panthro Merger Sub, Inc. (Merger Sub). On September 28, 2012, the Company merged with Tyco's Flow Control business.
